1. Data controller

Juan Pablo Lara López, operating under the trade name Technodrome MX, with address at [ADD FULL ADDRESS], is responsible for the processing of your personal data under the Mexican Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties. Contact: hola@technodrome.mx.

2. Data we collect

  • Your name and email address, which you type into the contact form.
  • The content of your message.
  • Minimal technical data, such as your IP address and the date and time of submission, for security and spam prevention.

We do not collect sensitive personal or financial data. Please do not include it in your message.

3. What we use your data for

  • Replying to your message and following up.
  • Preparing the quotes or proposals you request.
  • Sending you an automatic confirmation of receipt.
  • Protecting the site against spam and abuse.

These are the only purposes. We do not use your data for advertising and will not send you newsletters unless you ask for them.

4. Who processes your data

We do not sell or hand over your data. To run the site we use providers that process it on our behalf:

  • The site’s hosting and email provider, which stores and delivers messages.
  • Cloudflare (Turnstile), which checks that the sender is a person and may process technical data such as your IP address.
  • Google Fonts, which serves the site’s typefaces and may receive your IP address when loading them.

We may disclose data to authorities when required by law.

5. ARCO rights and withdrawing consent

You have the right to access your data, rectify it, cancel it and object to its processing (ARCO rights), and to withdraw your consent and limit the use or disclosure of your data.

To exercise them, write to hola@technodrome.mx with: your name and a way to reply, a clear description of the data and the right you wish to exercise, and a document proving your identity. We will respond within the legal deadlines. Exercising these rights is free of charge, apart from any reproduction or shipping costs that may apply.

6. Retention

We keep your messages as long as needed to handle your request and, if a business relationship follows, for its duration and up to 24 months after our last contact, unless the law requires keeping them longer. After that we delete them.

7. Cookies and similar technologies

This site uses no advertising or analytics cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile may use technical browser storage to tell people from bots.

8. Changes and authority

Any change to this notice will be published on this page. If you believe your right to personal data protection has been infringed, you may go to the Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno, the authority on the matter.
